Chicken Marinades
Recipes for 1 lb of chicken breasts (about 4 servings). Tsp of sugar is the amount for the whole marinade.
For each marinade, combine all ingredients in a gallon plastic bag. Add chicken and turn to coat. Marinate for 2-24 hours in the refrigerator. 
Cilantro Lime Chicken
*4.3 tsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
Jerk Chicken
*3.2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
- 1 tsp groud allspice
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
Lemon Ginger Chicken
*1 tsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp minced ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Chipotle Lime Chicken
*3.2 tsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp adobo sauce (from a can of chipotle peppers)
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
